time on my hands

We had a good weekend, it went by pretty fast. Nan and Aunt Tina came for a visit Saturday(they were supposed to come Friday but a younger cousin was sick so Aunt Tina babysat him all week) It was a fun but too short a visit as far as Aidan was concerned. He was disappointed that they were not spending the night and he was really pretty sad after they left. We are going to AC this weekend so he will get to visit not only Nan and Mimi(Aunt Tina) but also Pappy(Uncle Glenn), Spencer and Abby. We haven't seen them since Christmas so we are well overdue for some quality time.

We have a new addition to the Hawkins side of the family (Indiana family), his name is Grant Nicholas and he was born Saturday. He is such a cute kid, head full of hair! He belongs to Derek's cousin Bret and his wife Erin. We are hoping to make a trip to Indiana so we can meet Grant and the Hawkins family can meet Asher.

Asher is sleeping much better now. He only wakes up once a night. As I type he is sound asleep in the carseat in the crib. I had the house cleaned today by a cleaning crew(it was a wonderful baby gift from a dear friend),Aidan is at Pops and Namaw's, I cooked dinner and cleaned the kitchen, there are clean sheets on the bed, all the clothes are washed and put away, I did a little organizing, I watched tv,and I still have time on my hands. Oh but wait, of course, Asher just woke up. Perfect timing. A few more hours and I could have figured out a plan to end world hunger!
