Ball games galore & the Z bag

Busy weekend as usual. We went to several ball games over the past few days, Aidan had his soccer game(the only goal was off the leg of the other team's player), baseball games that my cousin Stephen played in(he is a VERY good player if you know any MLB scouts) and yesterday we went to my oldest niece's softball game(which they won in the last inning). Yesterday's game was the most exciting, keeping an eye on Aidan, Spencer and Abby(because if they can run around so can she)and watching the game is not an easy task. But we did have a good time, leaving was tough because Aidan wanted Spencer to come home with us which just doesn't work when you live an hour away and it's a school night.

This week was Aidan's turn to get the "letter bag" from school and we got the letter Z. What that means is you put as many things that start with your letter in the bag and return it to school like show and tell. The bag was not very heavy this morning. We did get creative, the picture on the post is Aidan in front of his art teacher's pet Zebra finches. We also had a picture of Zorro, a Zephyr train, a real zucchini, a zinnia in a pot, a plastic zebra, a map from the zoo, a zipper borrowed from Namaw, and a few more things. Snack today will be zebra cakes and tomorrow will be zoo animal cookies. The last letter we got was M which was much easier!

Enjoy the pictures because I'm dropping my camera off today to get fixed(notice the shadows around one of the pictures) and I'm not sure when I'll get it back. I'll have to figure out how to get pictures from my phone to the computer.......
